Expense reports have landed and the all new in-app experience is ready for takeoff. We’ve been inspired by the challenge to make managing expense reports easier, painless and of course mobile. Introducing Charlottesville, a new way to manage your expense reports effortlessly on-the-go.
In-App Expense Reports
In addition to email notifications, your expense reports can now be accessed inside of the TravelBank app. Designed mobile first, so you have full access to them no matter where you are.
Simple status icons make sure you know when your reports get approved or need attention.
Use the toggle in the header to switch between viewing your own expense reports, and managing your department.
Individual expense reports provide a summary of your activity.
Tap and zoom to review receipt images directly from the expense list view.
Need to make an adjustment? Editing expenses now allows you to revise when necessary. Simply open a single expense from the list view and press save to keep any changes you’ve made.

By requiring photos for new expenses, we ensure that you are IRS compliant for all eReceipts.
