Companies now have the opportunity to incentivize employees to save more than ever with our new savings and rewards features. We’ve also made reimbursements faster, so employees get their money back before they have time to miss it.
Rewards are here! Now when employees come in under budget, they can split the savings with their company and collect those earnings as TravelBank Rewards.
Employees can use TravelBank Rewards as credit towards some of the most popular gig economy companies including Uber, Lyft, RedAwning and more. Stay tuned as we continue to add more and more ways for you to cash in your TravelBank Rewards points.
It’s time to kick up the savings a notch! To enable employees to earn rewards, company admins first need to turn on savings. To do this, open the menu and tap on Company Settings. From this page, tap on Employee Reimbursements and Savings. First, add a company bank account. Once that has been added, you can toggle on Savings Incentives.
If you want to test savings before rolling them out as a company-wide feature, toggle on Pilot Mode. This allows managers to test savings on a trip by trip basis. When savings is on in Pilot Mode, managers can enable savings for an individual trip from the trip summary screen or from the active trip budget screen.
Getting Started Guide
To make expensing even easier, we’ve added a Getting Started guide. It is the first screen new users see after they register for TravelBank. The guide calls out our two most popular functions for first time users, so they can get started creating an expense report or budget for an upcoming business trip.
The guide also offers the option to chat with a customer support representative in-app. You can always return to the Getting Started guide from the menu.
TravelBank now reimburses you faster. Connect your checking or savings account to TravelBank, and your reimbursements will be directly deposited into your account. By default reimbursements occur within 3 days of expense report approval. Company administrators, if you’re interested in expediting that to a 24-hour reimbursement cycle, contact us at email@example.com so we can update your account.
