Product Release: Miami

We are always looking for new ways to simplify the expense and business travel experience for our users. With this latest release, we have updated some features and added a new search function to maximize productivity.

Expense Assigning

After snapping a photo of your receipt and entering the total cost, simply assign the expense to the correct budget or expense report. Don’t have one created? By default your receipts will live in your Expenses stream.

Updated Menu

We’ve released a new version of our menu, highlighting the core features that help you book travel faster and process your expense report more efficiently. Managers are given one place to approve and review both budgets and expense reports.

Status Badging

In place of our status iconography, we’ve added new status badges that clearly describe the state of every budget and expense report. When a badge is red, it requires your attention.

Search

We’ve added a search bar to the top of the Manage, Budgets, and Reports sections of the app so you can find what you need in seconds.

Manage in One Place

Are you in charge of managing a team or the finances for your company? We’ve simplified things and consolidated the manager functionalities into one place. Respond faster to requests and track your employee’s budgets through the Manage section in the menu.
