What TravelBank Is Today
TravelBank is a software platform that allows businesses to track expenses, process expense reports, book and manage business travel, sync card transactions, and integrate with their ERP system. TravelBank provides financial cohesion that unlocks real-time data and deeper insights.
TravelBank powers its own branded platform, still available for existing customers to use as they always have, and U.S. Bank NextView®, the modern, all‑in‑one platform for managing commercial cards, expense, and travel. It is the platform that supports both the U.S. Bank Commercial Rewards Card and the U.S. Bank One Card, bringing card management, expense tracking, and travel together in a simple, intuitive experience.
How TravelBank Fits Into U.S. Bank Card Programs
U.S. Bank Commercial Rewards Card + NextView platform
The Commercial Rewards Card was developed specifically for mid-sized businesses who want to prevent wasteful spending, formalize their T&E program, and maximize their card rewards. TravelBank currently powers the management platform that program administrators and cardholders use to track spend, process expense reports, and book travel. Together, the Commercial Rewards Card and TravelBank platform have delivered the innovation of a fintech solution from TravelBank, backed by the strength and stability of a highly regarded financial institution since July 2023. Now, that experience will transition to NextView (powered by TravelBank), which cardholders and program administrators will use to manage and run their card program.
U.S. Bank One Card + NextView platform
One Card combines travel and purchasing into a single, integrated corporate expense management solution with a multi-purpose expense card, helping organizations simplify administration and manage expenses more efficiently. Now, NextView (powered by TravelBank) will be available as one of the platforms program administrators and cardholders can use to manage card activity, track spend, and run their card program.

How TravelBank powers the user experience across both
The NextView platform (powered by TravelBank) replaces time-consuming, manual processes with a single, intuitive platform, eliminating the need to track and reconcile across multiple systems. The improved time to reconcile and data visibility helps companies better manage cashflow, and provides core insights into spend on demand. It also includes integrated travel booking and tracked receipts so your expenses can be managed and approved from one place.
Who TravelBank Is For
TravelBank and NextView are uniquely built for mid‑sized businesses managing business spend and T&E. The platform delivers a simpler, more intuitive way to manage commercial cards, while deepening value with integrated expense and travel functionality.
The user experience is designed to meet the specific needs of finance and accounting, management, expensing employees, and business travelers. There are different views and access levels for admin, managers, and employees.
What This Means for Existing Customers
Existing customers can continue using the TravelBank platform as they do today for travel and expense management. Your legacy plans can still be renewed or upgraded by speaking with your customer success manager. Existing customers can also explore U.S. Bank card programs to potentially reduce platform subscription fees.
What New Customers Should Expect
New customers can explore commercial card programs from U.S. Bank and apply for the Commercial Rewards Card or One Card depending on which aligns best with your business needs. NextView (powered by TravelBank) will be set up for your business when you implement your new commercial card program.
