TravelBank Dashboard Brings it All Together

With the launch of TravelBank Dashboard, enjoy one central location for everything you need at a glance. Important information and helpful reminders include: a list of your active credit cards, latest transactions that need to be added to a report or paired, key information about your upcoming trips, status of your expense reports, and any unsubmitted expenses with indicators of what’s missing. Take quick actions directly from the Dashboard, like booking your next trip, adding a new personal card for payments, or drilling into transactions. Dashboard is your home base while navigating the web app.

Duty of Care for Traveling Employees with the Travel Tracker

Coming Fall 2022

To assist employees when unforeseen or challenging events occur, travel managers can now easily locate traveling employees wherever they are in the world. With a map view, Travel Tracker provides travel managers a full overview of all traveling employees any given day. This will be particularly helpful when adverse events could impact employees in transit, like natural disasters.

Add Comments to Expense Reports 

With report commenting, we’re providing an easy way for employees and managers to communicate directly on expense reports, without all the back and forth email conversations. Let your employees know what’s needed in order for their report to get approved by adding a comment when rejecting the report, and keep the conversation going within the report at any time. You’ll receive an email notification when a comment is added to a report. Comments will be visible in the PDF reports and on expense export for transparency during auditing. Keep Your Information Safe with Biometrics, Face ID, and Touch ID

Protect sensitive information with an additional layer of security in your TravelBank mobile app. You now have the option of enabling biometric authentication, utilizing Android Biometrics, Apple Face ID, or Touch ID to access the app. To turn on biometric authentication, tap on the main menu icon in the top left corner of the app and select “View Account” directly under your name.

Rent Cars from All Locations, Corporate Discounts, and Enhanced Filtering

TravelBank expands to support 33,000 ground transportation locations to better support remote employees. You can now book a car wherever is convenient for you. When searching, mix and match locations, and filter by airport and non-airport locations within your search results with location type indicators available directly on each result. Your results will also include a “company rate” tag to let you know of any corporate discounts that apply to rental car results.

In addition to filtering by location type to quickly find the car you need, you can now filter by the number of seats in the car and daily price range as well. Off-airport car rentals and new filtering is available on our Web app. Filtering capabilities are available on Android devices and coming soon to iOS.

Multiple Reimbursement Accounts

If your employees belong to different entities or your org has international offices around the world that need separate reimbursement accounts, you’ll now have the power to reimburse across multiple banks. Admin can go directly to Expense Policies and add multiple reimbursements with differing schedules and unique bank accounts for specific employees.


Modify & Cancel Bookings In-App

Coming Fall 2022

Organizations like yours have been asking to modify or cancel travel reservations without contacting an agent. We listened and we’re delivering. Coming soon, employees on-the-go will have the ability to make modifications or cancellations to their flight, hotel, or car booking with a self-service in-app solution.
