Giving Back to Our Community with Anova
At TravelBank, we believe giving back to the community in which we are growing and building our business is one of our many responsibilities. Each year we hold a silent auction and select a recipient for the proceeds.
Team members donate their expertise, talents, time, rare whiskey, and season tickets, and the items get bid up quickly.
This year, in light of the Northern California wildfires and ongoing restoration efforts, we decided to donate the proceeds to Anova.
The Anova Center for Education, Sonoma County’s only nonprofit school for children diagnosed with autism and learning differences, was demolished in the wildfires, and as a result left 120 students without a school.
They have a lot of work ahead of them to rebuild their campus and program, and the first step is fundraising. If you are interested in supporting Anova, you can donate to their campaign.
