Introducing Project Budgets
Project Budgets are ideal for team budget collaboration for activities like customer events, employee off-sites, marketing conferences, or IT purchases. They allow for one to many people across an organization to track all their expenses against a single budget. Project budgets are not pre-determined since every project is unique. Instead, the team member who sets up the Project Budget will determine the budget based on company or managerial guidance.
Creating a project budget is similar to a trip budget. Tap New Project in the Context Switcher. Set the amount and invite colleagues to collaborate. Once the budget is approved, employees can begin adding expenses. For more information on Project Budgets, click here.
TravelBank for Everyone
TravelBank is now available for all employees and companies to sign up. Employees can get started by downloading TravelBank and creating an account with their work email address.
