Brex Rewards Can Now Be Redeemed as Gift Cards, Powered By TravelBank—Plus, Earn Up to 5x on Travel

Today we are thrilled to expand our partnership with Brex to help them power gift card redemption for Brex Rewards, powered by TravelBank.

With Brex Rewards, companies can enjoy generous rewards on all card spend. These rewards can then be redeemed for cash back, travel, statement credit, mileage program transfers, or gift cards with vendors like Amazon, MasterCard, DoorDash, Uber, and Hulu, or even used to make charitable donations.

Reward redemptions are touchless and even more relevant to what users are looking for today, especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. This breadth of options provides flexibility to meet every company’s rewards needs, from recognizing employees, to reducing corporate travel spend, to directly offsetting operating costs.

Nearly two years ago we first announced our partnership Brex to debut Brex Travel, with the goal of launching a corporate travel program for every startup. Together, we have extended the travel program historically reserved for large corporations to all startups using Brex. Today, companies can earn up to an industry-leading 5x when they book on Brex Travel, or when they book directly on TravelBank and pay with a Brex card.

As we continued to enhance the user experience for Brex Travel we updated the booking platform to feature our Next Generation Storefront (NGS) experience to include cost-conscious inventory like basic economy fares as well as low cost carriers such as Southwest, Spirit, and Frontier airlines, and added a group booking feature to expedite the process of booking flights for group travel.

Now with Brex Rewards by TravelBank, we are further expanding our partnership with Brex to support their mission to deliver the financial OS for the next generation of business, including credit cards, bank accounts, payments, expenses, and accounting all in one place.
