Product Release: Tucson
What’s New
Business travel itineraries tend to be busy, and sometimes complex. We want to make sure that no matter how hectic your travel schedule gets, booking that travel is never a hassle.
As we continue to enhance our travel bookings platform, we’re excited to introduce multi-city flights bookings on TravelBank. Whether your business trip takes you to one destination or many, TravelBank can get you there.
With this latest release users can book a flight with multiple destinations. Additionally, we’ve made a few updates to our desktop platform. Users now have the ability to search for hotels via a map view on our desktop app, and to make the TravelBank travel experience even more rewarding, we’ve revamped our rewards experience on the desktop app to be as smooth as our mobile experience.
Book Multi-City Flights
Employees can now book complex flight itineraries with multiple destinations across all devices. When booking a multi-city flight in the mobile or desktop app, simply toggle the dropdown from round-trip to multi-city. Add more legs by tapping “Add Flight.”
Users also always have access to agent assistance through TravelBank’s free 24-hour travel concierge. The agents can help travelers book particularly complex itineraries or get their travel plans back on track in the event of cancellations or changes.
Hotels Map View and Filters on Desktop
Searching via map on the TravelBank desktop app makes it easier than ever to find a hotel that is convenient to your meeting location.
We’ve also added new hotel filters so users can filter by price, star ratings, and reviews on both list and map views of the hotels search results.
A New Rewards Experience for Desktop
It’s important to us to make the business travel bookings experience a rewarding one. The redesigned rewards store showcases the curated services and rewards partners users can redeem their TravelBank rewards, and enjoy for personal use. And we are particularly excited about this update, as it came out of a winning project from our team’s first ever TravelBank hackathon.
As explained by the hackathon team design lead, “Rewards should be exciting so we wanted to create a design that really emphasized what users could be earning. To achieve this, we designed all new reward cards that highlight the amount you can redeem and how many points you need for that redemption. The new rewards store makes it easier to track and redeem credit for brands people care about.”
